Former Global Head of People at Check Point Software Technologies (checkpoint.com) and Outbrain (Outbrain.com). Extensive executive experience in software, technology, and overall leadership and personnel management. A seasoned organizational consultant. I played a significant part in the high growth of global technology companies. An ocean sailor and Submarine Captain. My key strengths are around the organizational challenges that come with growth.

How I work: 

I bring a combination of over 20 years of hands-on experience in some of the best technology organizations in the world and more than 35 years of leadership. This experience includes business and operational roles as well as human resources roles. My academic background and practical global expertise combined with a natural consultative approach, allow me to work with individuals as well as small teams of executives. I can coach them across a wide range of dilemmas – from the day-to-day practical difficulties to personal ones.
